Poultry House Washer
The MistRspray 500-gallon unit delivers a powerful, high-volume solution for poultry house washing and sanitation. Designed to handle demanding agricultural environments, these trailer-mounted systems efficiently remove heavy debris, apply detergents and disinfectants, and support additional uses such as equipment cleaning and tree spraying.
Poultry house cleaning is simplified with MistRspray’s tool-free adjustable nozzle holder, allowing operators to position nozzles in nearly any direction. This flexibility makes it easy to clean floors, ceilings, feed lines, and water lines, including coverage from both sides. An optional additional nozzle bracket doubles the wash width for faster coverage and improved efficiency.
Detergent and disinfectant application is enhanced with the optional foaming kit, which improves dwell time and increases overall cleaning and sanitation effectiveness. The optional hydraulic control kit allows on-the-go nozzle adjustments directly from the tractor, reducing downtime and improving operator control. A wash gun with a 100-foot hose provides manual reach for corners, feed storage areas, and hard-to-access spaces, with additional hose reels and wash gun kits available to further improve productivity.
Each unit includes a standard floor wash nozzle capable of covering a 28-foot swath, making it ideal for fast, consistent floor washing and disinfecting across large poultry houses.
